To deliver an experience with high technical standards and reliability, we operate in partnership with a specialist company, connecting you to a complete care ecosystem: on-demand GP care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as often as you need, plus access to more than 30 medical and wellbeing specialties*.
Our model is centred on close, human support: from initial triage with our care team to your consultation with real doctors, you can count on clear guidance, a warm welcome and the speed to book your appointments, receive eScripts valid Australia-wide and look after your whole health on a single platform.
* The plan includes 1 consultation a month across the participating medical specialties in the package you’ve chosen. If you need more appointments in the same month or want to see specialties in our complementary network, the extra consultations are paid directly at the time of booking, at exclusive fees well below private rates, with all the convenience of keeping your health history centralised on the same platform. All specialist consultations are booked and guided by our care team.
